We offer full refunds for cancellations due to severe weather or emergencies. Tours cancelled by guests with 48+ hours notice receive a full refund. Less than 48 hours notice receives a 50% refund. No-shows are not refunded, but we'll work with you to reschedule when possible.
Yes! All investigation participants receive digital copies of any evidence captured during their session, including EVP recordings, photographs, and EMF readings. We also provide analysis notes from our team. Evidence is typically delivered within 48 hours via email.
Minimum age is 16 for evening tours, 18 for overnight experiences. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The content can be intense and the building has safety considerations that require mature judgment.
